Driver runs over woman several times in Pleasant Grove area

A woman has admitted to intentionally striking a Dallas woman with her car, killing her.

Dallas police responded to 1226 N. Masters Drive regarding a disturbance around 2:15 a.m. Saturday.

Officers found the body of 26-year old Ereail Dorcha Mitchell in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the Pleasant Grove area.

Police determined that Mitchell, a mother of three, had been run over multiple times before the suspect fled the scene.

As a result of the investigation, Homicide Detectives interviewed Caeadra Lavonne Brown, 22, who admitted to intentionally striking Mitchell with the vehicle and leaving the scene.

Brown has been arrested and charged murder and placed in jail on a $300,000.00 bond.
