Deputies investigate deadly hit and run on I-35

Authorities in Dallas are investigating a deadly crash involving a hit and run driver early Saturday morning.

First responders were called to the scene on northbound Interstate-35E around 2:30 a.m. near the Medical District and Market Center.

Dallas County Sheriff's Deputies said three vehicles were involved in the crash.

When the drivers were exchanging insurance information, an SUV struck a man and didn't stop.

Deputies said the man died on scene.

Witnesses could only say that the suspect was driving a a dark colored small car or SUV.  

No additional information was released.
