Dallas teen abducted, sexually assaulted on way home from school

Dallas police are looking for a sexual predator accused of abducting and raping a girl on her way home from school in the Oak Cliff area.

It happened Thursday as the 14-year-old was getting off a bus on 8th Street, which is about a block away from Hector Garcia Middle School.

The girl told investigators a man wearing a ski mask grabbed her by the arm and forced her to walk three blocks to Lake Cliff Park on Zang Boulevard, where she was sexually assaulted.

The man ran away when he heard people approaching.

The description of the suspect from police is vague. He is a black male between the ages of 18 and 21. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs 250 pounds.

He was wearing black sweatpants, a black hoodie and a black ski mask. He also had blue eyes and may have been wearing colored contact lenses.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Lawler at 214-671-4453.
