Dallas PD identify man who allegedly exposed himself to construction worker

Dallas police have identified the man who allegedly exposed himself several times to a construction worker.

Police say the victim was working at a construction site in the 7200 block of Coach Light Drive Tuesday afternoon when a light-skinned black male with short dread locks, later identified as 31-year-old Jibril Salami, approached the site. Salami then allegedly stripped completely naked, began to masturbate, exposed his anus to the victim and ran away.

The next day, the victim called officers to the scene after he saw Salami again lying on the ground while masturbating. Officers were not able to capture him once he ran away.

Salami was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, black pants with a white stripe, and carrying a black and blue shopping bag.  Officers believe he may live in the area of the construction. The victim advised that he has observed Salami performing the same lewd acts on several other occasions.

Police have issued a warrant for Salami for evading arrest with a bond of $50,000.

Anyone with information that could help locate Salami is asked to call Detective Ahrens with the Dallas Police Department at 214-671-3991.
