Dallas officer accused of indecency with a child
DALLAS - A Dallas police officer is on leave after being accused of indecency with a child.
Police in the southern suburb of Red Oak arrested Officer Terance Thompson Tuesday. He faces charges of indecency with a child by sexual conduct.
Officer Thompson has been with the Dallas Police Department for eight years. He was assigned to the legal services unit.
Thompson is currently on administrative leave pending an internal affairs investigation.
