Dallas man with dementia missing since Halloween night
Dallas - Police need help finding an elderly Dallas man with dementia
70-year-old Bernard Williams was last seen Halloween night around 10:00.
He was walking in the east Oak Cliff area, on Morrell Avenue, not far from the Dallas Zoo. Williams was wearing a blue jean jacket, black shorts and white shoes.
