A company that owns more than 70 Dairy Queens in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma has filed for bankruptcy.

Franchise owner Vasari LLC said several of its locations were hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. Some were physically damaged and others were forced to close or lost inventory during the storm. The low price of oil is also listed as a factor.

The company plans to shut down nearly 30 of its locations. Two North Texas restaurants located in Cedar Hill and Carrollton will close.
