We do have some sleety mix in our southern counties this AM, but most of us will stay dry as another cold front plows through. Winds will pick up later AM from the north and keep temps in the 30s today.
A cold DRY night is expected as temps fall well into the 20s...even some teens north. After a dry start Sat (even some breaks in the clouds), clouds thicken and we could see dome sleet/rain mix develop PM esp south of DFW.
That would spread in during the evening as a rain OR freezing rain mix as temps will be close to freezing.
That will continue Sunday AM as a cold rain...then end midday or afternoon as we get back to near 40.
Next week is chilly, but not AS cold, with lots of clouds Mon-Tue and a chance for some light rain Tuesday night.
