Carjacking suspect arrested after chase, crash

An overnight police chase came to a crashing end for a carjacking suspect.

Police said he and another suspect robbed a man in far northeast Dallas around 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers quickly tracked down the men in two different cars and that’s when one sped off.

The suspect crashed into a brick wall at Dallas Fire Station 29. He tried to get away on foot, but was quickly arrested.

The second suspect was pulled over without incident and also arrested.

Both are facing several charges including robbery.
