Extra tutoring helps low performing DISD school

A school in Dallas is bouncing back after a few years of setbacks.

Dade Middle School in South Dallas is known to many for its low academic performance, but a new program is turning things around.

The school is one of seven campuses in the Dallas Independent School District offering extra tutoring.

It's part of a bigger effort to overhaul the district's most low performing schools.
