The suspect is described as a light-skinned black man in his early 30s with a goatee. He's been seen driving a silver BMW with gray seats and has been seen loitering near the MLK Community Center.
Police say the man is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy and soliciting a 17-year-old boy in separate incidents.
The 17-year-old was approached while walking home from school Jan. 9 near E. Rosedale Street.
The suspect offered him $100 for a sexual favor. The boy declined and told his family members, who contacted police.
"[The suspect] came back up and asked him, ‘Do you know anybody that would perform oral sex on me for $100?'" said Kysha Hall, the 17-year-old's mother. "And my son said no, and [the suspect] said, ‘Would you do it for $100?' And my son said no, and the man opened up the door and said, ‘Get in the car,' and my son ran in the house and told me."
On the night of Jan. 12, the suspect approached two boys, including the 11-year-old victim, and asked if either of them wanted to make some money.
The 11-year-old said that he did, and the suspect picked him up at the back gate of an apartment complex near East Loop 820. The boy was driven nearby, sexually assaulted and then paid $100.
Police say the suspect is profiling boys who have similar ethnicity and are easily lured by money.
Fort Worth ISD sent a letter home with students, alerting them of what happened and asking them to be on the lookout.
"I believe based on what we've learned with these two cases that there may be more victims, and if there is, I wanna know who they are so we can obtain additional information to help this investigation," said Det. Chris Daniels with the Fort Worth Police Department.
Police ask that anyone with information contact the Crimes Against Children Unit at 817-348-1155.
