Jianna's Gluten Free Banana Granola Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 Large Ripe Banana Mashed

1 Cup Gluten Free Nut Based Granola

1/2 Cup Almond Meal Flour

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

Add all ingredients together in a bowl and stir till granola and almond flour is blended into the banana, but do not over mix.

Scoop onto a pre-sprayed cookie sheet, press with a fork.

Bake for 15 - 18 mins and let cool for 10 mins.

Makes approx. 1 doz cookies


Lemon Pepper Toasted Garbanzo Beans

1 16 oz can of Garbanzo Beans, Drained, Rinsed and patted dry.

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning.

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour onto a cookie sheet.

Make sure beans are spread out and put in oven for 45 - 55 mins till beans look golden and toasted.

Remove from oven and let cool for an hour

Can substitute Lemon Pepper Seasoning for a seasoning of your choice…Cajun, Italian, Crushed Red Peppers, etc…
