One former and one current Quinlan ISD employee were arrested this week for allegedly having improper relationships with students.
Police arrested Ford High School softball coach David Ivey on Thursday.
The 45-year-old is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a female student.
The school district says Ivey was placed on administrative leave on Oct. 1, when the investigation began.
On Monday, police arrested former teacher and coach Bradley Lewis in Kaufman County. He was arrested on a warrant for sexual assault of a child and improper relationship between an educator and student.
Police believe the 39-year-old had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old at Ford High School.
