Arlington moves forward with smoking ban

- The city of Arlington is getting tougher on smoking indoors.

The law now bans smoking in nightclubs, adult businesses, pool halls and bowling alleys. It excludes bingo halls.

The city council also reduced a 50-foot buffer zone around smoke-free buildings to 15 feet.

There is an exemption for electronic cigarettes.
