Just isolated showers this AM, until we heat up PM and storms flare up. They will be associated with outer bands rotating around TS Bill on the Texas coast. Some will produce heavy rain, gusty winds and maybe an isolated weak tornado.
The heaviest rain from the remnants of Bill will arrive later tonight into Wed AM. Some areas may get 2"-5" and obviously flood problems.
Rain/storms should gradually let up by Wed PM.
We will still see scattered storms Thu as low pressure pulls away...leading to very warm (if not hot) and muggy end to the week and Father's Day weekend!
