DALLAS - Travelers were forced to evacuate Dallas Love Field Thursday morning after the fire alarms went off.
FOX 4’s Diana Zoga was waiting in line when the alarms went off around 7:30 a.m. Other travelers told her it was at least the second time they’d gone off.
“Some people told us they’ve already been through security. Told to evacuate TWICE. Lots of confusion. In and out. @DallasLoveField,” she posted on Twitter.
“If you have a flight @DallasLoveField be aware it's a mess right now,” Zoga wrote.
An airport spokesman said the fire alarms were triggered by a low water indicator. There was no fire or smoke and no injuries. Everyone was allowed back inside while crews worked on the system.
Zoga said she was able to make her flight after finally getting through the backup at security.
