Charges have been filed against a driver accused of causing a deadly wrong-way crash that killed 28-year-old Crystal Nuncio.
Luis Angel Rodriguez, 25, is facing charges for intoxication manslaughter and reckless injury to a child.
Police say Rodriguez was driving east in the westbound lanes of 635 in Garland when he slammed into Nuncio's car head-on.
Nuncio was killed, but her 9-month-old son and 10-year-old daughter survived with injuries.
They're expected to make full recoveries.
