New charges in deadly Dallas quadruple hit-and-run

New charges were filed on Monday in a quadruple fatal hit-and-run Saturday night in Dallas.

The crash happened at the intersection of Webb Chapel Road and Park Lane in Dallas. Police said two men in the pickup took off in one direction and two others took off in another -- allegedly leaving the scene of the deadly accident.

The three passengers in the truck will now face charges of failure to stop and render aid, along with the driver. Jose Lule, 19, of Mineral Wells also faces four charges of an accident involving death.

Surveillance video released Monday from a nearby convenience store at the corner of Webb Chapel and Marsh Lane shows two of the men after fleeing the scene.

Police said they asked drivers at the gas pump for a ride to Cedar Hill. The manager called police and they were placed under arrest.

Dallas police said the driver, Lule, was not intoxicated. But police did find bottles inside the vehicle and at least one of the three passengers inside the pickup was intoxicated. All four people in the vehicle were taken into police custody on Sunday.

The four women killed in the Mazda sedan were:  65-year-old Maria Rodriguez de Vizcarra, her 55-year-old sister Maria Marales, Mirales' two grown daughters 42-year-old Mirna Vizcarra and 38-year-old Raquel Vizcarra.

They were entering the intersection from Park Lane at Webb Chapel when the pickup t-boned the Mazda.
