Surveillance video shows truck crashing into Ft. Worth store

Newly-released video shows the moment a speeding driver who police say was high plowed a pickup truck into a Fort Worth convenience store.

The video does not show the young mother of three who was killed, Sylvia Maria Zazueta, but it does show other customers who were injured.

A clerk is ringing up a woman when the truck hits. She survived but was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The clerk was pinned behind the counter.

The store owner showed FOX 4 the video and said that the clerk has some leg injuries but will also be okay.

About a minute after the crash, the driver is seen crawling out of the truck.

The video also captures the first person who arrived to help.

The store owner said the man saw the crash from across the street and knew a woman was trapped, so he ran over and helped coordinate rescues.

The driver of the truck, 19-year-old Isaac Adams, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Police say he may also face assault charges.
