Ethan Couch, the notorious affluenza teen, turns 19 today. Now his case can be moved from juvenile to adult court.
Couch was 16 years old when he killed four people in a 2013 drunken driving crash. He was sentenced to 10 years of probation.
But last year he fled to Mexico after video of him allegedly violating that probation surfaced. He was arrested in January, deported and remains in the Tarrant County jail.
A judge is expected to set new terms for his probation now that he is considered an adult.
