Penguin chicks learn to walk at Dallas Zoo

- The Dallas Zoo’s two newest penguin chicks are learning to walk for the very first time.

The zoo posted this video of the one-month-old siblings on its Facebook page Tuesday.

They are the second and third African penguin chicks hatched at the zoo.

Zoo officials said, “These fuzzy babes are getting the hang of walking and the goofiness is just too glorious. The siblings are growing super-fast and will eventually lose their down feathers for their first swim.”

The genders of the chicks are still unknown.
