Police are looking for Danny Evelio Cruz for the shooting on Galicia Lane.

Dallas police responded to four separate shootings overnight Sunday in the Pleasant Grove area that left one person dead.

Dallas police believe two of the shootings just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday were related. Danny Evelio Cruz allegedly when to a home on Galicia Lane looking for his ex-girlfriend. Police say when she was not there, Cruz shot and killed 30-year-old Jose Nicolas Olivas, Jr. after an argument broke out.

Detectives are looking into whether or not Cruz then went to a home on Kittyhawk Lane and shot a woman there. She is expected to survive, police said.

Also, just before 11 p.m. a man and woman were wounded in a drive-by shooting at the Adams Food Mart on Bruton Road. They are expected to recover.

Then after midnight, another man was shot at the Mirasol Apartments on Masters Drive. Police don’t know the motive for that shooting. They are hoping to interview the victim if he survives.

Police have since taken Cruz into custody. None of the other suspects have been identified or arrested.
