Limebike changes its name with the addition of scooters

DALLAS - The bike sharing company Limebike is shortening its name to just Lime.

The change comes as the company introduces electric scooters in some cities like Austin. The scooters can go up to 18 miles per hour.

In Austin, the city council is working on regulation for the scooters and the bright green bikes.

Lime also hopes to bring them to Dallas.
