Taco Pizza

Chef Mike McQuitty and Bernedett Martin, a culinary arts student at Richardson High School, join together on Good Day to make a taco pizza.

Taco Pizza

1 chalupa shell
2oz cooked beans blended
1oz picadillo
1 tbsp diced tomatoes (.5oz)
1tsp queso fresco (.25oz)

Spread the beans in the chalupa. Make sure to cover the whole chalupa. Spread picadillo on top of the beans. Spread diced tomatoes on top of picadillo. Sprinkle queso fresco on top of diced tomatoes.
