Stuffed chicken breast and tarragon sauce

TARRAGON SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon flour
1 Cup of heavy cream
2 Tablespoon Tarragon
1/2 Cup of Chardonnay
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon White pepper

DIRECTIONS FOR SAUCE
1.     Melt one tablespoon butter on the frying pan
2.     Add 2 tablespoon flour and stir it until gets pinkish color.
3.     Add 1 cup of heavy cream
4.      1 teaspoon salt
5.     1 teaspoon white pepper
6.     2 tablespoon Tarragon
7.      1/2 Cup of Chardonnay
8.     After adding all, boil it for 20 minutes on lower heat.
 
INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
[FOR 4 PEOPLE]

4        Chicken Breasts

FOR STUFFING :  
1 Cup of white boiled rice
1 Cup of raisin
1  Cup of pistachio
2  Tablespoon grinded carrots  
3  Tablespoon minced parsley

DIRECTIONS :
Prepare chicken breast for stuffing.( Beat 4 chicken breast until thin and wide.).
Wrap chicken around mixture with boiled rice, raisin, pistachio, grinded carrots, minced parsley (kind of like a taco) and secure with a toothpick.
Roll each breast in bread crumbs or either flour until well coated.
Place in frying pan which is pre heated with olive oil.
Cook for 5 minutes and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
After taking out of the oven serve with sautéed spinach and topped with crispy shoestring potatoes.
