Spaghetti Squash Gratin with Roasted Pistachio
12oz Oven Roasted Spaghetti Squash
1 oz Clarified Butter
3 oz Heavy Cream
3 Tbl Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
3 Tbl Roasted, Salted Pistachio chopped
Sauté in pan then serve with roasted pistachio on top.
