Sonny Bryan's Chopped Beef Frito Pie

Drew Menter from Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse joins Good Day to make a fan favorite -- chopped beef Frito pie. Sonny Bryan's is starting a new 24-hour service out of the Inwood location.

Chopped Beef Frito Pie

2 cups Fritos Original Corn Chips
1 can barbecue beans
½ pound chopped beef
¾ cup barbecue sauce
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)

Sprinkle chips into dish. Heat beans on stovetop or in microwave and layer over corn chips. Heat chopped beef and add on top of beans. Top with warm barbecue sauce. Sprinkle cheese over sauce and let melt. Add chives and sour cream if desired.
