Salmon Asian Pear Bowl

Chef Jimmy Park from Pok the Raw Bar stops by Good Day to share the recipe for a traditional Hawaiian dish.
 

Salmon Asian Pear Bowl

5 ½ oz Rice
2 ½ oz Salmon
2 oz Asian Pear
1 oz Crispy Kale
1 oz Arare
2 oz Sweet Yuzu Sauce

Combine salmon, Asian pear, crispy kale and arare in mixing bowl. Mix toppings while gradually adding in the sweet yuzu sauce. Place rice in separate bowl and top with marinated mixture. Enjoy!
