Red Velvet Belgian Waffles

Red Velvet Belgian Waffles by Gypsy Scoops



2 Cups Flour

3 TBS sugar

1 TBS cocoa powder

4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 3/4 cup buttermilk

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

red food coloring


Mix dry ingredients together.

Whisk wet ingredients together and add red food coloring.

Slowly combine together wet and dry mixtures.

Add to hot waffle iron and cook per iron instructions (about two  minutes)


Serve with GYPSY SCOOPS ice cream on top with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar
