Mango Habanero Taco

Chef Cindy Malik stops by Good Day to make mango habanero tacos. Her Tacos 4 Life Grill opened in Frisco in December.

Mango Habanero Taco

8 flour tortillas
16 ounces sliced grilled chicken
8 ounces mango habanero sauce
16 ounces shredded cabbage
8 tablespoons diced mango
2 large avocados, diced
8 tablespoons grated cotija cheese
8 tablespoons pico de gallo

Steam the flour tortillas, then add 2 ounces of chicken to each tortilla. Cover the chicken with 1 ounce of warm mango habanero salsa on each taco. Add equal parts of cabbage, mangos, and avocados to each taco. Garnish with cotija cheese and pico de gallo to taste.
