Herb Garlic Meat Marinade
1/2 cup shallots, minced
1 cup garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup rosemary leaves, chopped fine
1/3 cup oregano leaves, chopped fine
1/2 cup itailan parsley, chopped fine
1/4 cup thyme , chopped fine
24 ounces canola oil
For steak, chicken or pork, place 1/4 - 1/3 cup of marinade in a mixing bowl. Toss meat in the marinade. Place marinated meat into a ziplock bag, scraping all of the marinade into the bag. Press all the air out of bag and seal tightly. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Season the next day with desired seasonings and cook to your liking.
