The folks from the East Hampton Sandwich Company return to Good Day to make a yummy Cuban sandwich.

Cuban Sandwich

Caramelize pork and ham. Then stack ham on top of pork. Melt Swiss cheese over pork and ham.

Serve with 3 sliced kosher pickles. Add sambal oelek over pickles and let them sit for two hours.        

Assemble sandwich.
