Local Masterchef contestant Reba Billingsley stops by Good Day to make a down-home treat -- creamy pork chops. She says her husband took her to the show's auditions for her birthday. She likes to cook in her jammies and bare feet when she's back home in Carthage.
Creamy Pork Chops
4-6 pork chops
1 10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken
1 10 3/4 is can of cream of mushroom
Salt and pepper
Put chops in baking pan salt and pepper to taste. In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom and combine well. Pour mixture over chops. Cover with foil. Bake on 350 for 45- 60 minutes depending on the size of chops. Serve hot.
Tip: Serving taters with chops. The sauce makes a good gravy for taters. Enjoy.
