Boiled Crawfish

Bring water to a rolling boil on high heat.combine all dry spices to boiling water let simmer for 15 min. Add potatoes and corn cook for 30 minutes. Then add smoked sausage cook for 10 min. The final step, add crawfish to rolling boil cook for 5 minutes when cooked remove crawfish and vegetables from pot then serve in a large tray.

Season after with our traditional recipe for Shell Shack: 1/3 cup Old Bay, 1/3 cup Cajun seasoning, 3 tablespoons cayenne.

Crawfish Boil 

5 gallons water  or as needed 
3 lemons cut in 1/2 
4 table spoons tablespoons
4 bay leaves 
1 cup Old Bay 
3/4 cup granulated garlic 
3/4 cup Cajun seasoning 
3/4 cup paprika 
4 cut celery sticks 
1 red onion cut in 1/2 
5 garlic cloves 
5 lbs cleaned crawfish 
Sides 4 ears of corn, 8 red potato and 2 sausage links sliced
