BBQ Chicken Pie
10-12" Pizza Dough
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbls Parmesan Grated
2 oz smoked mozzarella
2 oz Fresh mozzarella
4 oz BBQ Chicken Marinated
2 oz Bacon
2 oz Banana Peppers
3 Tbls BBQ Sauce
1 oz Raw Red Onions
10 Ea Cilantro Leaves
Stretch the Pizza Dough to the necessary size and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Spread the Olive Oil evenly across the pizza crust using a brush.
Spread the Grated Parmesan, Smoked Mozzarella and Fresh Mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
Place the BBQ Chicken, Bacon and Banana Peppers evenly across the top of the pizza.
Bake in the pizza oven until golden brown (approx 7 minutes).
Garnish the pizza with Red Onions, a zig zag drizzle of BBQ Sauce and fresh Cilantro Leaves.
