10 oz. 44 Farms ground beef
1 Brioche Bun
1 Slice Beefsteak tomato
3 oz. Deep Ellum Blue cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
2 slices cooked Applewood bacon
Season the burger and cook burger in a skillet or grill for 4-5 minutes and then turn. After a couple minutes put the cheese on the burger so it starts to melt. Toast the bun until it’s a golden brown (no butter needed) and assemble the burger starting with bottom bun and then meat.
