Kale Salad with Apples and Candied Pecans from Central Market

(Serves 8-10)

 

Dressing:

1/5 cup White Wine Vinegar

1 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Pure Honey

2 tablespoons Capers

Salt & Pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes.

 

Salad:

4 Envy Apples, Julienne cut

1 Small Head Radicchio, shredded

2 pounds Curly Organic Kale, cleaned and chopped

1 bunch Chives, chopped

1 pound Candied Pecans

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss in dressing. Finish with fresh cracked pepper.
