Buffalo Chicken Dip

Chef Donald Chalko from The Owner's Box makes a crowd pleaser for March Madness -- buffalo chicken dip with blue cheese.
 

Buffalo Chicken Dip

8oz cream cheese, room temperature
8oz shredded chicken (or canned chicken)
1/2cup hot pepper sauce (your favorite buffalo sauce)
1/2cup ranch dressing
1/4cup parmesan cheese
4oz bleu cheese crumbles
2 bundles green onions, chopped

Pre-heat oven to 300˚F.

In a oven safe vessel combine the room temperature cream cheese, shredded chicken, hot pepper sauce, ranch dressing and parmesan cheese.

The mixture should be well incorporated.

Place into pre-heated oven and back for approximately 30 minutes.

At this time scatter the bleu cheese crumbles on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Bleu cheese crumbles can be substituted for shredded cheddar if desired.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Put green onions on top and serve with your favorite chips, pretzels, bagel chips, or pita chips.
