10-Hour Brisket Taco
8 (2 tacos each) Single Flour Tortillas
1 pound Brisket, diced
½ cup Jalapeno Relish
1 cup Pimento Cheese
1 cup Potato Sticks
First steam the flour tortillas, then add 2 ounces of diced brisket to each tortilla. Cover the brisket with 1 tablespoon of cold jalapeno relish on each taco. Then add 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese and garnish with 2 tablespoons potato sticks to each taco.
