Heart screening event honors young athlete

The death of a young high school football player from Plano was not in vain. Zachary Schrah was just 16-years-old when he collapsed during practice seven years ago. His family and friends have since created the group Living for Zachary to save other lives.

The organization provides heart screenings for young people. One such screening may have saved Lari Wise's daughter's life. She and cardiologist Dr. Ilana Zeltser join Good Day to talk about the importance of the screenings, even for children who appear to be perfectly healthy.
