Snuffers is serving up Hatch Chile Cheeseburgers until the end of August along with Hatch Chile Cheese Fries. General Manager, Corey Holmes visited Good Day to share the burger recipe.
Hatch Chile Cheeseburger
1/2 lb ground chuck
1 Cup diced Hatch Green Chile
1 cup grated of your favorite cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
2 ounces Hatch Green Chile Mayo
o Divide chuck in half and form into patties.
o Place 1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese & 1/2 cup diced hatch green chile in the
center of 1 patty and top with the second patty.
o Pinch the edges to form a seal and cook patty on hot grill. Meanwhile, spread Hatch Green
Chile Mayo on Poppyseed Bun and add sliced tomatoes and remaining grated cheese. Top
with remaining diced hatch green chile & crumbled bacon and enjoy!
