Homemade chicken salad is a simple comfort food for so many people. Ahead of 'National Comfort Food Day' which is December 5th Mark Parmerlee, CEO of Golden Chick , Eduardo Caceres, district director show off their chicken salad recipe paired with the 'almost famous' yeast rolls.
Golden Chick Chicken Salad
1 gallon cubed lefter brast of meat or 1 bag of hand pulled breast meat
3/4 cup diced walnuts
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/4 tbsp course ground pepper
30 oz. mayonnaise
3/4 cup halved red grapes
Mix all ingredients, except grapes, in mixing bowl until well blended. Fold in grapes. Place prepared chicken salad into inset pans, scraping all contents from the mixing bowl using a rubber spatula.
