Chalk artists featured at Taste of Dallas

The sidewalk outside the FOX 4 studio is dry enough for chalk artist Carrie Dziabczenko to create art. She's one of 45 artists that will be creating masterpieces on sidewalks this weekend at Taste of Dallas in Fair Park.
