Be happier with these 7 healthy habits
Plenty of things are easier said than done. Getting happier is one of them. Author and professor Loretta Breuning has made a study of it and shares some tips in her new book, "Habits of a Happy Brain."
She's identified seven habits of a healthy brain:
- Work your body and mind together
- Mirror a tame person
- Variety
- Laugh
- The "Rubber Ducky Method"
- Self-expression
- Reward yourself with free time
