Shrimp Asparagus

Chef Eddy T from Kin Kin Urban Thai shares his shrimp asparagus recipe

 

 

Vegetable oil                     3 Tbsp
Shrimp (peeled)               1/2 lb
Asparagus (sliced)          1 Cup
Wild Mushroom                1 Cup
Garlic (Minced)                 2 Tsp
Oyster Sauce                    3 Tbsp
Lite Soy Sauce                  1 Tbsp
Sugar                                  2 Tsp
Sesame Oil                       1 Tsp
Rice Wine Vinegar           3 Tbsp
White or Cooking Wine   3 Tbsp
 
Method
 
Use a medium sauté pan, turn on high heat wait for about 2-3 minutes until the pan gets hot.  Add the oil then garlic, cook the garlic until aromatic.  Add the asparagus and cook the asparagus for about 2 minutes.  Add the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients except white wine.  Sauté all ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Use white wine to de-glaze the pan, and turn the heat off. Finish and serve.
