New guidelines set for children and screen time

There used to be a recommendation for zero screen time for little kids and just two hours a day for older kids. But with electronics and screens pretty much everywhere, that's a tough goal to keep. Now the American Academy of Pediatrics agrees and new guidelines are out.

Dr. Nicholas Westers is a clinical psychologist from Children's Health. He explains the changes and offers his advice for parents.
