NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Buddy Hield had 21 points and a career-high 13 rebounds to help No. 16 Oklahoma rally and beat TCU 67-60 on Saturday.
Hield, the Big 12's leading scorer, broke out of a slump during which he had made just 7 of 29 field goals the previous two games. He made 6 of 11 shots against the Horned Frogs, including 3 of 6 3-pointers.
TaShawn Thomas had 15 points and eight rebounds and Ryan Spangler and Isaiah Cousins each added 10 points for the Sooners (20-8, 11-5 Big 12), who have won eight of nine to remain in strong position to claim at least a share of the conference title.
Kyan Anderson and Trey Ziegler each scored 16 points for TCU (17-12, 4-12), which had won three of four. The Horned Frogs have lost six straight on the road.
